Gardenview Elementary School Reviews

Gardenview is a good example of a neighborhood school working. They have a new principal this year who has done an excellent job. She is open to new ideas. The staff is caring. I would recommend this school to any one in the Whitehaven community.

I feel that Gardenview Elementary is a pretty good school. However, I don't think that the school should place a time on how long a parent should visit. This notion casts a negative image on this great neighborhood school. It makes one think that maybe there is something to hide. The county schools and some of the outstanding city schools don't seem to have a problem with parents'visitation. I feel that the staff and principal at Gardenview should reconsider this rule that has been implemented. As long as there is an understanding that the visiting parent will not disrupt the orderly running of the class, this shouldn't be an issue at all. Parents should be welcomed at all times.
